• Shoppi is committed to protecting and safeguarding the personal information of all visitors to the Website. All references to “you/your” in this document will refer to visitors to the Website.
• This Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the basis for and governs Shoppi’s processing (which includes the collection, use and sharing) of personal information that we may collect from you, or that you may provide to us either through the Website or by email or other correspondence.

The term “personal information” shall have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy as “personal data” and “sensitive personal data” as defined in the Data Protection Act (Laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo).

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the Democratic Republic of Congo who work for us or for one of our third party service providers.
